Who we are
The team behind Henley have worked with private clients, developers and architects for over twenty-five years. We work with busy clients based in the UK and abroad who require the exceptional delivery of refurbishments, conversions, extensions and new-build homes.
We engage either from the design stage — alongside a list of established, trusted and talented design partners — or we collaborate once designs are in place, to complete the construction phase. Our commitment to high-quality construction and customer service is led with transparency, years of experience and hard work.

Every scheme is led by an experienced, articulate project manager, supported by site managers who oversee the day-to-day running of each Henley site.
Managing Director
Over 25 years within prime central London and the Home Counties as a contractor, developer and landlord, having managed more than £40m of residential contracts. A strong track record with clients who require a high degree of trust and reliability.
Senior Project Manager
Twenty years from the ground up in residential construction. His hands-on experience and trusting manner make him a thorough project manager who puts clients' interests first — effective across large, complex schemes.
Senior Project Manager
A friendly, experienced project manager who has run hundreds of successful builds across London. His technical understanding keeps projects running smoothly, and he's a great collaborator on design ideas.
Accounts
Over 20 years running the finances behind construction teams. A proactive approach to the commercial management of each scheme, making sure clients are supported and programmes are met.
